Covid-19 pandemic

Due to the current pandemic, we are experiencing delays with our fulfillment center and shipping carriers. Our goal is to maintain the safety of our employees and third-party partners during this time. We are working to take the necessary precautionary measures to protect everyone that works for and with us while complying with social distancing best practices.

Shipping on orders may be delayed due to the current circumstances. Right now, our standard shipping time frames are expected to be up to 20 business days. We are doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The email you received with tracking information is the best source for updates and the timing of your order. Your order might see various stops along the way—rest assured that your package is making its way to you. We promise it'll be worth the wait.

 We want to assure you that any shipping delays will not impact your return or exchange time frame. All returns and exchanges are based on the date your order was delivered. If you have additional constraints impacting your ability to return or exchange your order due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please let us know and we will work with you. US Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 10-15 business days and is always free for all orders. We know sizing can be tough, so we always offer free shipping, but returns are buyers responsibility in order for us to afford free shipping on all items. You can track your order on our home page.

USPS Standard Ground (Free): 10-15 business days (Orders placed by 9am PST endeavor to ship the same day.)

Please Note: UPS Expedited and UPS Rush delivery options are temporarily unavailable.

UPS Expedited ($25): 2-3 business days (Orders placed by 9am PST endeavor to ship the same day.)

UPS Rush ($35):1-2 business days (Orders placed by 9am PST endeavor to ship the same day.)

*Any orders placed after 9am PST on Friday will endeavor to ship out on Monday, barring any national holidays.

 

International Shipping

Orders shipping internationally can take between 15 to 20 business days to arrive. Exact shipping windows will be displayed at checkout. For a limited time, we are offering free shipping on international orders, but returns are buyers responsibility in order for us to afford free shipping on all items.  We currently do not offer expedited shipping internationally.
