If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete the form below within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

All products are guaranteed for 14 days after receipt of item date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for store credit (with the exception of items marked "sale," which are not eligible for return or exchange). The item must have been purchased from 
Items must be returned in their original condition.  Please contact us through to start a return inquiry, please take photos of the damaged item when you inquire about the return.
Only premium pieces from the emRose collection are allowed for free return.  Please start an inquiry by contacting us at for the free return of your item from the emRose Collection.  We will send you a pre-paid USPS shipping label through email.  Affix the label to your package and schedule a USPS pickup or drop it off at your local post office!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused item back to us, once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue you store credit and you can place a new order for the size you want.

Credit/Gift Certificate will be issued within 1 to 2 business days after we receive and process your returns.

Returned items from the following categories are not accepted.
( Cosmetics, Undergarments, Hosiery: If items from following categories are shipped back they are subject to 20% restocking fee )

Please note that we can only authorize returns once per order.
Any issues concerning a not delivered package we have to be notified within 30 days of order date.
Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to return the items. If the package is returned after 14 days of delivery date, the return is subject to 20% restocking fee.

To get a return label 
All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you the shipping label.  Print the label and attach it to any box/package and return the items.
You will have 30 days from when you receive the package to when you send the item back for a full refund.
The package will be returned directly to our warehouse.
Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
